Libraries Magazine is an academic journal of the School of Librarianship, Documentation and Information of the National University of Costa Rica. Its main objective is the dissemination of scientific knowledge resulting from research carried out by professionals in librarianship, documentation, information and related subjects. The journal is published every six months in the following periods: January – June, and July – December, with the methodology of continuous publication. The articles are received throughout the year, as well as editorial efforts for publication. It is aimed at professionals in the areas of librarianships, teachers, practicing librarians and students in training.

Published by the Association of Library and Information Professionals of the Czech Republic (SKIP). It comes out 4 times a year with one yearly special issue. Thematically, it focuses on the field of librarianship and includes both professional contributions and contributions dealing with the SKIP activities.

Published by the Central Bohemian Research Library. The Reader is the oldest nationwide continuously published library magazine, founded in 1949. It contributes to the exchange of experiences and inspires libraries of various types, sizes and specializations throughout the Czech Republic.
The Library – Library review / Knihovna - knihovnická revue
Published by the National Library of the Czech Republic twice a year. It publishes theoretical studies in the field of Library Science and brings information about successful projects of both Czech and foreign libraries. This journal provides a platform for publishing the results of theoretical studies in the field of librarianship which could be used in practice. This general library professional journal brings reports from conferences, seminars and other library events and informs about new Czech and foreign publications from the field of librarianship. Since 2008 the main papers have been going through an independent peer-review procedure.

This site is fed by the BPI which also solicits other public libraries in France. View Info Bulletin des bibliothèques de France (BBF) The BBF is a quarterly journal devoted to the world of libraries, books, information sciences and culture. It plays a major role in training and informing professionals. Its objective is to reach all readers interested in these cultural themes. Since 2020, it has only been published digitally, except for an annual issue. View Info Livres hebdo The website and the magazine Livres Hebdo are intended for book professionals (bookshops, publishers, libraries) and the public interested in current events in books, intellectual life and publishing. Journal of Integrated Information Management, JIIM
JIIM comprises research articles on all aspects and issues regarding Information Science and Integrated Information Management. Case studies on applied research as well as theoretical discussions addressing methodological questions are also of interest to this Journal. Furthermore, the role of Informatics as a necessary tool for Information Science & Management comprises a thematic cluster central to the objectives of the Journal. Starting from the integration of informational function of cultural organizations (Libraries Archives Museums) the Journal expand its interest in scientific, administration and business aspects of Information Science & Management and in related perspectives of social sciences and the humanities.
Al-Mawruth journal / مجلة المورث
The Iraq National Library and Archives at the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities began issuing the monthly "Al-Mawruth" electronic journal specialising in the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of Iraq, since January 24, 2008, to be the first (official Iraqi electronic journal). In October 2017, it was decided to convert the monthly journal into a site that publishes regularly for objective and technical reasons, while maintaining the publication of the journal in the digital form (pdf).
