Al-Hira min Al-Sharjah
Al-Hira min Al-Sharjah is a monthly magazine specialized in poetry and popular literature. It publishes poetic creations, critical insights, investigations and surveys, in addition to interviews with creators, and readings of books and collections.
Al-Wusta magazine is monthly cultural magazine, from the central region of the Emirate of Sharjah, concerned with development and cultural affairs in the cities of this region: Al Dhaid, Al Batayeh, Maliha, Al Madam.
Al-Sharqiya is monthly cultural magazine, from the eastern region of the Emirate of Sharjah, concerned with monitoring and keeping up with the cultural development scene in its cities: Khorfakkan, Kalba, Dibba Al-Hisn.
Sharjah Institute for Heritage issued an Arabic magazine (Al-Mawrooth) and it's a library as well that includes a variety of encyclopaedias, dictionaries, books, references, heritage and academic sources and periodicals, in addition to the publications which are indispensable for researchers, interested persons and workers in the field of cultural heritage in various fields.
The Center – a journal for Arab Studies
The Center Magazine project is one of the most important projects of the Abu Dhabi Center for the Arabic Language, and is in line with its strategies to renew the discourse with the language by publishing studies and research on its literary, cultural and artistic issues in cooperation with the International Braille Foundation.
National Library Summit
Sharjah Book Authority hosts the National Library Summit. The conference is held annually in November, and includes national libraries from Europe, North America, Africa, and the Middle East. The conference aims to exchange ideas and experiences and explore the challenges faced by national libraries.
Information Professional is produced by CILIP. There are 8 issues a year and subscribers can also access the content archive via an app. The magazine covers the length and breadth of the library and information sector, with a combination of news, editorial, analysis and special features.
Produced by the School Library Association, the School Librarian magazine offers a mix of insight, analysis, news and expert advice for people working in schools and colleges.
Library and Information Association of Zambia Journal
This is a peer reviewed journal published once a year. The journal includes a variety of research topics. LIAZ Journal publishes original manuscripts from both international and local scholars on various areas of LIS including knowledge management,  records management and archival administration, and information and communication technologies. Its publications include original research papers, short communication papers, concept papers, and review articles (literature reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses), perspective papers, and book reviews.
Zambia Journal of Library and Information Science (ZAJLIS)
ZAJLIS, ISSN: 23106395, is published biannually by the Department of Library and Information Science, School of Education, University of Zambia. ZAJLIS publishes original manuscripts from both international and local scholars on various areas of LIS including knowledge management, informetrics, records management and archival administration, and information and communication technologies. Its publications include original research papers, short communication papers, concept papers, and review articles (literature reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses), perspective papers, and book reviews. The Journal is being transformed into an online journal this year using the Open Journal Systems (OJS).
The Zimbabwe Librarian
"The Zimbabwe Librarian" is the official journal of the Zimbabwe Library Association (ZimLA) and was formerly published as 'The Rhodesian Librarian'. The association suspended the print copy in 2004 and plans to resume publishing in the near future. The publication shares information on the professional association, information sector and global trends in librarianship.
